When booking directly with us, Credit Card is used as guarantee. Amounts due in the event of cancellation:

No show, full amount of the reservation
Between 1 and 6 days before arrival 50% of the total price.
Between 7 and 14 days before arrival 40% of the total price.
Anything before 30 % of the total price.

Tourism tax City of Montepulciano In accordance with Council Resolution No. 91 of 30 November 2011, the Municipality of Montepulciano has introduced a Tourist Tax, to take effect from 1 February 2012. The amount payable for this agriturismo is Euro 1,00 per person per night. Children under 12 are exempt.
